Nadiira Abdirisak Jama holds a Master’s degree in Educational Management and Planning from Kampala University in Uganda and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from East Africa University in Somalia. In addition to her academic qualifications, she has earned numerous certifications and participated in specialized training sessions in operational management, further enhancing her expertise in organizational effectiveness.
With a strong background in education, training, and development, Nadiira has worked with various organizations to implement programs and initiatives focused on improving educational outcomes and empowering communities. Currently, she serves as a Trainer Facilitator of Education at Save the Children, where she is instrumental in designing and delivering impactful educational programs.
As the Operational Manager at the Noobir Institute for Research and Development, Nadiira oversees the planning and execution of critical projects, ensuring that the institute’s initiatives are grounded in scientific rigor and aligned with sustainable development goals. Her combined strengths in education, management, and project oversight make her a driving force behind innovative solutions that empower communities.
